The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the dealership’s front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and creating a positive first impression for all visitors. This role acts as the first point of contact between customers and the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front office operations, including reception and customer handling
- Greet and attend walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate with sales, service, and CRM teams for smooth customer flow
- Maintain customer records, booking registers, and inquiry logs
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor housekeeping and overall showroom presentation
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Supervise front office staff and ensure discipline and efficiency
- Support marketing activities, events, and customer engagement programs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer visits and inquiries
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Presentable personality and professional behavior
- Experience in automobile dealership preferred
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
