Key Responsibilities:
A. Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers
- Handle cash transactions, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and expense statements
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor bills
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with the central accounts team for audits and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records
B. Store & Inventory Management
- Maintain stock records for all materials, medicines, feed, and equipment
- Manage inward and outward stock entries with proper documentation
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement requests
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory
- Maintain purchase records, bills, and supplier details
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and/or store management
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and inventory systems
- Experience in NGO or field-based operations will be an added advantage
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage both finance and store functions efficiently
- Integrity and accountability in handling financial and inventory data
Additional Requirements: Willingness to work in a field-based/remote location (Tatrauta, UP) and Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (field, veterinary, admin).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
