About Soni Productions
Soni Productions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing wedding and photography company specializing in weddings, maternity, newborn, baby, birthday, portfolio, and pre-wedding shoots. We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Telesales Head who can build, manage, and lead a high-performing telesales team while consistently achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, call quality, productivity, and conversion reports.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain telesales executives.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all incoming leads and customer inquiries.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and support the team in closing high-value sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth lead management.
- Analyze sales data, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer experience, and team performance.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and proper documentation of all customer interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information, customer data, and sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Telesales, Sales, or Business Development.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a telesales or sales team.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Working Hours
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 6 Days Working

Salary
