Graphics and Video Editor

Key Responsibilities
Image Editing (35%)
- Design and edit visuals for social media, website, blogs, promotional materials, and digital advertisements
- Create artist portfolio visuals, exhibition promotional graphics, and event posters
- Use tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent software to maintain consistent brand identity across all materials
- Develop product-based and promotional creatives for the exposition's merchandise and ticketing
- Optimise images for web (compression, resolution) and various platform requirements
- Incorporate cultural and artistic elements that align with the exposition's aesthetic vision
Video Editing (35%)
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and web platforms
- Produce exhibition highlight reels, artist interviews, and behind-the-scenes documentation
- Add subtitles, branding overlays, colour grading, sound effects, and transitions using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Optimise video content for different platforms and audience preferences
- Manage video asset library and maintain version control of edited materials
- Ensure all video content reflects the exposition's brand guidelines and artistic standards
Administrative Support (30%)
- Manage project calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with artists, stakeholders, and team members
- Organise and maintain digital asset libraries, file structure, and naming conventions
- Handle communications via email and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, etc.)
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Assist with social media scheduling, content calendars, and posting workflows
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
- Support general workflow management and assist team coordination
RequirementsTechnical Skills
- Proven experience in image editing and video editing (minimum 1-2 years)
- Proficiency in design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent
- Proficiency in video editing software: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar productivity and creative AI tools
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Trello, or similar)
Professional Skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong visual communication and creative thinking
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and professional home/remote workspace
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality output
- Familiarity with social media platform specifications and best practices

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (any discipline)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in arts, culture, or creative industries
- Portfolio showcasing diverse editing styles and project types
- Experience with animation, motion graphics, or special effects
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity systems
- Experience working with NFT or digital art platforms (plus)
- Familiarity with Indian art, culture, or exhibition curation (bonus)

Work Location
