Overview
GoldBERRY is hiring 2–3 editors to work in a steady cadence, meaning you’ll receive regular editing assignments (Reels/Shorts + occasional long-form support), deliver on timelines, and improve through structured feedback. This is ideal for editors who want consistent practice + real portfolio outputs.
What you’ll do
- Edit short-form content: Reels/Shorts (music, events, artist promos, announcements)
- Do basic long-form support when needed (simple YouTube/Instagram cuts, trims, cleanups)
- Follow a clear brief → edit → revisions → final delivery workflow
- Maintain versioning & file discipline (v1, v2, final; proper exports)
- Hit weekly output targets and turnaround times
- Implement feedback fast and show improvement over time
Expected cadence (typical)
- 3–6 short edits/week per editor (based on bandwidth + project load)
- 24–48h turnaround on most short-form tasks (varies by brief)
What we’re looking for
- Consistency > fancy effects
- Strong sense of pacing, music timing, and retention for short-form
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Reliable communication + deadline discipline
- Basic understanding of formats (9:16, captions, hooks, beat cuts)
- Ideal for Interns/Freshers

Compensation
- Project-based (per output) or incentive-based, decided after a short trial set
