We are seeking an expert IT Carve-Out and Mergers Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless IT transitions during carve-outs and mergers. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to assess, plan and complete IT carve-out and mergers programs and/or projects that align with our business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end IT carve-out and mergers programmes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Drive seamless IT transitions by aligning plans with business objectives across carve-outs and mergers.
- Handle Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), ensuring effective contractual execution with carved-out entities.
- Build strong partner relationships to enable smooth collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate IT transition risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and internal IT governance throughout all transition activities.
- Coordinate multi-functional teams to deliver integrated IT solutions across infrastructure, applications and data.
- Improve carve-out and M&A processes by applying industry trends and continuous improvement practices.
- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in IT management roles and a minimum of 3 years in IT carve-out or merger programs.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, licensing, and data management.
- Demonstrable experience in leading sophisticated IT programs with multiple partners across business and technology domains.
- Hands-on experience handling Transitional Service Agreements, TSAs, during IT separations or integrations.
- Proven ability to identify risks and drive mitigation strategies in IT transition environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic attitude.
- Superb communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and working with global teams.
