Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – HR Payroll

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – HR Payroll to manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll processing, attendance and leave management, employee lifecycle processes, and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HRMS, payroll, attendance management, labour law compliance, and HR MIS, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Prepare payroll based on attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other inputs.
- Verify salary calculations and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Manage payroll data and reports through HRMS.
- Handle full & final settlements, payroll revisions, arrears, and deductions.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Manage daily attendance through HRMS.
- Monitor attendance, late coming, early departures, and absences.
- Manage leave applications, approvals, balances, and regularization.
- Ensure accurate monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory filings, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain compliance records and support audits and inspections.
4. HR Administration & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and monthly management reports.
- Track headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and payroll costs.
- Coordinate manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Manage HR vendors, employee insurance, and other HR services.
- Support employee lifecycle management and HR administration.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in HRMS.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll & Attendance Management.
- HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance & HR Policies.
- Advanced MS Excel and HR MIS reporting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management – Preferred.
- Graduation in any discipline – Mandatory.
