We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our preschool. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage documentation and reporting, and support the school's operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office functioning.
- Coordinate with school leadership, teachers, parents, vendors, and service providers.
- Handle office documentation, records management, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Prepare and maintain reports, MIS data, attendance records, inventories, and administrative documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and service follow-ups.
- Coordinate procurement of office and school supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Assist in event coordination, school activities, meetings, and parent engagement initiatives.
- Support compliance requirements, documentation, and administrative audits.
- Track expenses and coordinate with the accounts team for payments and record maintenance.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational and administrative issues.Skills & Competencies
- Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English and Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
