Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations with a strong focus on statutory compliance, payroll management, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, legal compliance, and effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, exits, and employee records
- Oversee payroll processing, vendor coordination, and payroll accuracy
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
- Handle audits, statutory filings, and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
- Address employee relations issues and support management on HR matters
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 6–12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Recruitment, compliance, payroll, and operations
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience working with HRMS and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
