Full job description

This role will be responsible for all aspects of financial and statutory compliance management. The primary focus would be to analyze day-to-day financial activities, regulatory compliance, provide insights to top management on future financial plans and compliance changes. The role also involves managing statutory compliances, planning and execution of statutory audits and liaising with external advisors etc.

Responsibilities:

o Preparing cash flow / fund flow statement and budgeting
o Preparing and presenting Accounts, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets on monthly basis to the Management
o Handling and end-to-end management of Statutory and Internal Audits
o Reconciliation of Statements
o Filing financials with RoC in co-ordination with the Company Secretary
o Co-ordinate with statutory auditors for financials finalization
o Reconciliation on all balance sheets accounts for all entities
o Financial Planning
o Raising funds through banks / institutions
o Other ad hoc duties and analysis which may be required from time to time
o Any other task assigned by Management

Desired Requirements:

o CA / Inter CA / M Com
o 12-15 years of overall experience in a similar position and/with experience in statutory compliances, financial analysis, business operations, taxation, auditing, accounting, corporate finance etc. from the Real Estate / Construction Industry
o Sound knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework and regulations applicable
o Ability to prioritize work and perform under tight timelines
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation
