Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage daily pastry and dessert finishing at the café
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation as per Olea standards
- Handle plating, assembly, and service of desserts during operational hours
- Manage mise en place and ensure readiness for service
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with central kitchen for replenishment
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times
- Assist in introducing seasonal items and improving presentation standards
- Train and guide junior staff where required
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, and baking processes
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
