1. JD : Event executive attends & managers Wedding enquiry & convert to close the deal, Wedding / Events / celebrations from initial client consultation to on-ground execution. Core duties include designing event themes, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors & Head Pandit (e.g., caterers, decorators, photographers, & pandits). Ensure a flawless, stress-free experience for the couple and devotees / guests.
2. Skills & Expertise: Package presentation, Negotiation, Booking dates, Liaise with Head Pandit, Vendor Management, Logistics & Timeline, Event coordinator, Decoration & Catering management, Accounts declaration, and Revenue generation, performance review on set targets, Call sheet data dashboard.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
4. Working hours: (12 hrs ) Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, which are peak times for Indian weddings.
5. Experience: 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in banquet coordination, wedding planning, or hospitality.
6. Reporting to: Temple Chief / Director.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
