We are looking for a proactive and excellent communicator to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads provided by the company through email and WhatsApp, build relationships, understand their requirements, and qualify opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to assigned leads via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team when prospects show interest.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and keep conversations active.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and follow-up targets.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer service, lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Comfortable communicating through email and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and email platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation Executive, or Customer Success Executive.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with sales processes and lead qualification.
KPIs
- Number of leads contacted per day.
- Response rate from prospects.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of meetings booked.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary.
- Performance-based incentives for qualified leads and meetings booked.
Work Arrangement
- Remote / Hybrid / On-site (as applicable)
- Working Hours: 10 -12 Hours weekly
- Reporting To: Sales Manager / Founder
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
