Position Overview
Walmond Realty Dart Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Video Creator to produce engaging video content for real estate marketing, social media platforms, property showcases, branding campaigns, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete video production process from shooting and content planning to editing and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create property walkthrough videos, promotional reels, testimonials, and brand storytelling content.
- Develop engaging short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and background music to enhance content quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create campaign-specific video content.
- Capture on-site property footage and event coverage when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of videos while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut or similar tools, Davinci Resolve software
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio recording.
- Strong understanding of social media content trends and video formats.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate video production is an advantage.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and color grading.
- Familiarity with drone videography (preferred but not mandatory).
- Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and content creation work.
Equipment Requirements
- A Full-Frame Camera (any professional full-frame camera model).
- A Wide-Angle Lens (mandatory requirement).
- A Gimbal for stable video recording.
- A Tripod for photography and videography support.
- Lighting equipment is a plus, including stick lights, LED lights, or similar professional lighting setups
