We’re looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad or Pune and help customers design, build, and productionize modern machine learning and Generative AI solutions across diverse business domains.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in machine learning, MLOps, NLP, LLMs, RAG, cloud platforms, and production-grade AI systems, along with the ability to advise and mentor data science and engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
Build, scale, and productionize customer data science and machine learning workloads using modern MLOps practices.Design and develop LLM-powered solutions using enterprise data, including:Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Enterprise knowledge assistantsNatural-language querying of structured dataAI-powered content generationDesign scalable ML/AI architectures and advise data teams on architecture, tooling, deployment strategies, and best practices.Develop and implement production-grade ML pipelines, including model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and drift detection.Work with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical ML/AI solutions.Evaluate emerging technologies and techniques in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and MLOps.Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing to the broader Machine Learning Subject Matter Expert (SME) community.Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on industry experience in data science, machine learning, or ML engineering.Strong experience with common ML/data science tools and frameworks, including:PythonPandasScikit-learnMLflowGensimNLTKTensorFlow and/or PyTorchExperience building and deploying production-grade machine learning solutions on at least one major cloud platform:AWSMicrosoft AzureGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience with ML monitoring, model performance monitoring, and drift detection.Strong knowledge of modern NLP and Generative AI techniques.Hands-on experience with:Vector databasesRAG architecturesLLM fine-tuningHugging FaceLangChainOpenAI APIs/modelsGraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.Ability to explain and teach complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and using ML/AI to deliver measurable business value.
