About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience working in agile development environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Develop robust backend services and database solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS for building scalable backend applications
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka
- Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets (Socket.IO)
- Good understanding of the MERN stack
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices
- Solid knowledge of geospatial technologies, location-based services, and real-time tracking
- Experience with database optimization, caching, and application performance tuning
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and distributed systems
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
