Job Profile of Assistant Store Manager
Revenue / Sales
Assisting store manager in achieving sales targets
Store Management
Managing Store assets to ensure safety and security
In-charge of the overall image of the store (Cleanliness, well lit and ventilated, merchandise displayed based on colors, gender, size, etc.) – Visual Merchandising.
Assist Store manager by providing input into buying patterns, competition et c
Stock rotation on the shop floor ; replacement of stock and replenishment of fast selling merchandise
Assisting Store manager in consignment purchase.
Customer Management
Collate and maintain customer details.
Ensure best customer service including styling, taking measurements for alterations with minimum complaints / queries.
Provide inputs to Merchandising manager on the emerging trends; customer needs
Merchandising Management
Provide data to the store Manager to ensure sufficient goods in stock in the store as per the latest trend / season
Ensuring customer’s customized orders are received on time
Staff Management
Train new hires to ensure they are assimilated fully and quickly into the store and their roles.
Manage / motivate (Coach) and retain staff to contribute their best to the functioning of the store
Skill & Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years work experience from multi designer retail outlets is preferable
Good working knowledge in retail merchandising with multi -designers.
Excellent team management skills and Coordination with designers for stock and curation
Excellent communication skills
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
