Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our hospital team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointments, providing information about hospital services, and ensuring a positive patient experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with patients.
- Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, services, timings, and hospital facilities.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the hospital management system.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to address patient queries.
- Handle complaints or concerns politely and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Promote preventive health check-up packages and hospital services when appropriate.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies.
- Meet daily call handling and patient service quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare, or customer service environment is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi or regional language is an advantage).
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hospital requirements.
