Eligibility
- HSC (12th Pass) Freshers can apply
- Malayalam-speaking candidates are mandatory
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English are required
Shift Details
- Boys: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- Girls: Day Rotational Shifts (6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, any 9-hour shift)
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Salary
- Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand
- CTC: ₹25,000 per month
Job Role
- Handle inbound customer queries via Voice, Email, and Chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
