· Handle inbound customer calls, emails, chats, and messages professionally.
· Respond to and resolve customer questions, concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
· Provide accurate product or service information and guide customers appropriately.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM or support systems.
· Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels following defined processes.
· Assist with tracking and following up on customer requests and feedback.
· Strive to achieve performance targets such as first-call resolution and customer satisfaction ratings.
· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) to ensure service quality.
