Dual-System Engineering & Hydraulic Sizing
- PHE Hydraulic Engineering: Executes precision calculations for complex building sanitation networks. This includes sizing high-rise domestic water boosters, hot water recirculating loops, gravity drainage soil/waste pipes, and multi-city storm runoff attenuation systems.
- Fire Suppression Architecture: Performs advanced fire hydraulic calculations using specialized software (e.g., Elite Fire, HASS, Autosprink). They size high-capacity fire pump rooms, external ring mains, wet/dry risers, and multi-zone automatic sprinkler arrays.
- Specialist Plant Layout Design: Develops engineering specifications and architectural requirements for specialized public health assets, such as Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and greywater/rainwater reclamation cells.
Technical Packaging, Quality, & Cost Optimization
- DBR and BOQ Management: Authors the initial Design Basis Report (DBR), updates comprehensive Material Take-offs (MTO), and establishes Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for both plumbing and firefighting packages.
- Vendor Submittal Auditing: Conducts strict technical evaluations of manufacturers' catalog datasheets for pumps, valves, fire-rated pipes, clean-agent suppression cylinders, and plumbing fixtures to ensure they match original engineering parameters.
- Interdisciplinary Synthesis: Leads localized space allocation coordination with Structural Engineers (for pipe sleeves, floor slots, and heavy fire water storage tank loads) and with Electrical Engineers (for pump power demands).
Compliance & Regulatory Liaison
- Code Implementation: Applies regional building regulations and international safety parameters (such as the National Building Code (NBC), NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, IPC, and UPC) directly onto the engineering design sheets.
- Sanction Package Assembly: Prepares and compiles the necessary technical drawings and riser schematics for formal submission to regional municipal water/sewage boards and Civil Defense authorities to secure fire safety sanctions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
