Role & responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate requirements. • Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, and communication on behalf of management. • Maintain confidential documents, files, and records.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact between management, staff, clients, and external stakeholders. • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables assigned by management. • Coordinate inter-departmental communication and ensure timely information flow.
3. Operational Support
- Assist in project tracking, presentations, and documentation. • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries as required. • Support event planning, office activities, and administrative functions.
4. Travel & Logistics
- Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and itinerary preparation. • Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices for management.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. • 2 -5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative role (preferred). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email drafting, and coordination. • Professional, presentable, and able to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
