Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities in residential, commercial, or industrial sectors and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Leadership & Coaching: Hire, train, and motivate sales representatives to improve performance and meet goals.
- Technical Sales & Proposals: Prepare and present detailed technical-commercial proposals, including heat load calculations and system design (chillers, VRF, AHUs).
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with engineering and service teams for smooth project handover and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Track competitor activity, market trends, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and records in CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5-10 years in HVAC/MEP sales, with demonstrated experience in business development and project-based sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, VRF/VRV systems, and ducting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Other: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, along with a willingness to travel for client meetings.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
