Location: Sector 69, IMT Faridabad, Ballabhgarh
Take ownership of confirmed client projects after PO and artwork receipt.
Collect and organise complete project details, including quantity, specifications, delivery date, artwork, and client instructions.
Create and coordinate internal job cards / work orders.
Follow up with Design / Pre-press for print-ready artwork, dielines, approvals, samples, and mock-ups.
Track projects through printing, lamination, mounting, cutting, packing, QC, and dispatch.
Maintain daily project-status updates and identify possible delays early.
Coordinate with Purchase for sheets, print materials, hardware, accessories, cartons, labels, tapes, and outsourced processes.
Ensure QC checks, packing instructions, carton labels, and dispatch details are accurately followed.
Update ERP / production trackers and maintain complete documentation.
Keep the Client Servicing team updated when projects are ready or dispatched.
Skills Required
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Ability to understand production instructions, artwork details, quantities, specifications, and delivery timelines.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple projects.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing / factory environment.
Ability to handle urgent timelines and work under pressure.
Preferred Experience
Extensive use of Artificial Intelligence
