Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, overtime, and Full & Final Settlement.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, personnel files, and all HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and official HR communications.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee confirmations.
- Coordinate statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and related documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and biometric records.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, probation reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, and compliance reports for management.
- Support HR audits, NABH compliance, and implementation of HR policies.
- Address employee queries and coordinate with department heads on HR matters.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
