Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle email management, phone calls, and business correspondence.
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain records, data, and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion.
- Ensure smooth office coordination and timely follow-ups.
- Be tech-savvy and proficient in using modern digital tools for efficient office administration.
- Have working knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc.) to improve productivity, communication, and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Assistant (EA), or Administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new technologies.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered productivity tools and the ability to leverage them for day-to-day administrative tasks.
