- Lead, guide, and motivate the Sales Executives to achieve showroom and retail sales targets.
- Allocate sales leads and monitor daily follow-up activities.
- Ensure effective handling of walk-in customers, digital inquiries, and field-generated leads.
- Monitor inquiry conversion, booking, retail, and delivery performance of team members.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and review team performance.
- Support Sales Executives in closing high-value and difficult sales cases.
- Ensure proper implementation of Hyundai sales processes and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Delivery teams for smooth customer experience.
- Organize market visits, customer contact programs, and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle customer escalations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
