Job Opening: Part-Time Evening Executive

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM (6 days a week)
Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 per month + Monthly Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are hiring energetic candidates (college students or freshers preferred) to assist during peak evening hours at Jollies Indoor Discovery Zone. You will manage guest entry, bill tickets, supervise kids on the play floor, assist with arcade games, and keep the zone clean and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Peak Rush Billing: Handle front-desk ticketing, issue RFID passes, and process UPI/Cash payments swiftly at the POS counter.
- Floor & Arcade Assistance: Help kids navigate arcade simulators (car/bike racing) and monitor the soft play zone for safety.
- Cleaning & Sanitization: Continuously sanitize game consoles, wipe down handles/mats, and keep play areas spotless for families.
- Guest Management: Address parent queries politely, assist kids with footwear/socks, and maintain high energy on the floor.
- Closing Assistance: Assist full-time staff with closing routines and counter clean-ups at 9:30 PM.
Requirements
- Target Profile: (Ideal for college students, freshers, or job seekers living near Bellandur/Sarjapur).
- Timing Availability: Must be consistently available from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Languages: Spoken English and basic Kannada or Hindi.
- Skills: High energy, polite demeanor, comfort with children, and strict commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
