EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
3–5 years of experience in the Tours & Travel Industry.
Experience in handling domestic and/or international tour operations.
Knowledge of package costing, hotel booking, transport coordination, and customer handling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Tour Planning & Operations :
Coordinate and manage domestic and international tour packages.
Handle hotel bookings, transport bookings, sightseeing arrangements, and other travel services.
Prepare tour itineraries and travel schedules.
Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, guides, and local service providers.
Package Costing & Vendor Management:
Prepare tour package cost sheets and quotations.
Negotiate rates with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
Maintain a database of approved vendors and suppliers.
Ensure profitability while maintaining service quality.
Customer Support :
Assist customers before, during, and after tours.
Handle customer queries, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Administration :
Prepare vouchers, booking confirmations, and operational documents.
Maintain tour records and customer databases.
Coordinate payments with customers and vendors.
Maintain proper operational reports and records.
Business Development Support :
Suggest new destinations, packages, and travel products.
Provide market insights and recommendations based on industry experience.
Assist management in developing operational systems and procedures.
DESIRED SKILLS

Vendor negotiation and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and travel-related software.
Ability to work independently and solve operational issues.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a travel company.
Familiarity with destinations such as Himachal, Kashmir, Rajasthan, Ladakh, Northeast India, South India, Bhutan, Nepal, etc.
Positive attitude and willingness to help build a growing travel company.
Capable of training junior staff and establishing operational processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Tour Operations & Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
- Travel planning: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Hindi, English & Bengali (Preferred)
