Job Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content planning, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop content calendars and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the graphic design, video editing, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Knowledge of content planning and scheduling tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma / Certification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience managing social media accounts or a portfolio of social media work is an added advantage.
