Job Summary
We are seeking a CRM Specialist to manage, customize, and optimize the organization's CRM platform. The role involves supporting business teams, maintaining CRM data integrity, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring effective utilization of CRM tools to improve customer engagement and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
- Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, user roles, and permissions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Integrate CRM with other enterprise applications and databases.
- Monitor data quality, perform data cleansing, and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide user training, documentation, and technical support.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics for sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Support CRM upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and CRM processes.
- Experience with CRM customization, workflows, and automation.
- Familiarity with API integrations and third-party applications.
- Excellent communication and word and excel proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in CRM administration or CRM support.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- CRM certifications are an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or CRM development tools.
- Experience with reporting and BI tools.
- Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
