Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Core Identity (50%)
- Brand Strategy & Consistency: Establish, maintain, and evolve visual brand guidelines across all channels. Ensure all design outputs align with brand positioning and tone.
- Marketing Collateral: Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, pitch decks, whitepapers, flyers, signage, event branding, and promotional merchandise.
- Product & Packaging Design: (If applicable) Help create or update product packaging, labels, inserts, and unboxing experiences.
- Corporate Identity: Develop brand assets like business cards, letterheads, email signatures, presentation templates, and internal brand communication materials.
- Rebranding & Campaign Assets: Collaborate on major brand campaigns, sub-brand launches, and conceptual visual storytelling.
2. Social Media & Digital Creatives (50%)
- Platform-Specific Designs: Create static posts, carousels, stories, banners, and ad creatives optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Motion & Video Snippets: Create short GIFs, basic motion graphics, video overlays, and animated reels to boost engagement on digital channels.
- Paid Media & Performance Creatives: Produce compelling visual assets for Meta, Google Display, and LinkedIn ads tailored to drive clicks, conversions, and target audience action.
- Content Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the Content/Social Media team to brainstorm creative concepts, stay on top of design trends, and execute visual hooks.
- Performance Analysis: Adapt design approaches based on visual performance metrics, A/B testing results, and audience feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4+ years of professional design experience (Agency or In-House).
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both brand identity work (logo design, typography, style guides) and social media/digital marketing creatives.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; Premiere Pro / After Effects is a huge plus).
- Hands-on experience with modern design tools like Figma or Canva for rapid production.
- Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, grid systems, and digital/print production processes.
- Adaptability: Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging graphics quickly and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with copywriters, social media strategists, and marketing leads.
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic 3D design or illustration skills (Blender, Cinema 4D, Illustrator).
- Experience with basic UI/UX design or website visuals (Webflow/WordPress/Figma).
- Photography or photo-editing/retouching capabilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
