Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive & Telecaller to manage data reporting, maintain records, generate MIS reports, and support customer communication through telecalling activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Update and manage databases accurately.
- Analyze data and generate reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and compile information.
- Monitor and track business performance metrics.
Telecalling Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales teams.
- Achieve calling and follow-up targets as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Prior experience in MIS reporting and telecalling will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Customer handling and communication skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience:
- 0–3 years (Freshers with relevant skills may apply).
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
