- Experience in Learning & Development or Training.
- Experience in the Sports Retail sector.
- Experience in customer service, customer experience or selling skills training.
- Experience in behavioural and leadership training.
- Experience in Train the Trainer (TTT) programs.
- Ability to conduct store visits and support frontline team development.
Visual Merchandising Lead
- Experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Experience in the Sports Retail sector.
- Experience in store presentation and Visual Merchandising execution.
- Knowledge of VM standards and seasonal campaigns.
- Experience in VM training and capability development.
- Ability to conduct store visits and monitor VM execution.

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with retail/store teams.
- Willingness to travel to stores as required for the role.
Pay: ₹79,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
