Bluphlux is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that leverage the latest advancements in NLP and generative models to solve complex business challenges.

Lead the development and implementation of NLP and generative AI models for various business applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms.

Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in NLP and generative AI.

Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers within the team.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Contribute to the development of AI strategy and best practices within the organization.

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in data science with a focus on NLP and generative AI.

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar.

Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI architectures.

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
