Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and service agreements.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Market Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Identify emerging opportunities in physical security, CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and integrated security solutions.
Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and supervise sales executives and business development representatives.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Conduct sales training and coaching sessions.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
