Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the resort. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in hotel or resort housekeeping operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules for housekeeping associates.
- Ensure rooms and public areas meet resort cleanliness and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for room readiness and maintenance issues.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff on grooming, hygiene, and SOPs.
- Monitor linen, guest supplies, cleaning chemicals, and housekeeping inventory.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain daily reports and operational records.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations in hotels or resorts.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with housekeeping procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
