We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating vehicle features, assisting them throughout the buying journey, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Showroom Sales Executive

Salary : Rs. 15000 to Rs. 20000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.l
· Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
· Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drive arrangements.
· Explain financing, insurance, exchange, and warranty options to customers.
· Generate and follow up on sales leads to maximize conversions.
· Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Prepare quotations and assist customers with booking and documentation processes.
· Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
· Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Participate in promotional campaigns, showroom events, and product launches.
· Stay updated on new vehicle models, competitor products, and market trends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in automobile sales is preferred.
· Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (BBA, BE, MBA Preferred)
