Job Summary
Instrumentation & Control Solutions (ICS) is looking for a detail-oriented Project Management Engineer to support project documentation, coordination, planning, and reporting activities for Industrial Automation, Electrical, and Instrumentation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
- Manage documents including BOM, IO List, GA Drawings, Wiring Drawings, Datasheets, Calibration Reports, FAT/SAT documents, and Test Certificates.
- Maintain document tracking logs and revision history.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for document collection.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Follow up for document approvals and closure of comments.
- Maintain project folders, soft copies, and hard copy records.
- Prepare project progress reports and status updates.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company documentation standards and client requirements.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project documentation systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of Industrial Automation, Electrical, or Instrumentation projects.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
