Job Summary
Star Assets Holding is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth by generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales. The Sales Officer will play a key role in promoting the company's services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, telecalling, digital marketing leads, and networking.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Lead Management
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Track sales activities, inquiries, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with telecalling, marketing, and customer support teams to maximize conversions.
- Monitor lead progress and prepare status reports.
Market Research & Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management for improving sales performance.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure all customer documents and agreements are properly collected and maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
