Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate B2B leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, etc.).
- Initiate outbound communication with potential clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Handle client calls and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Understand client requirements and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

- Basic understanding of lead generation and B2B sales.
- Confidence in handling client calls and conversations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
