Role summary/Purpose:
The GET Instrumentation & Control will be part of the Operability / Systems Engineering team and will acquire the skills by being involved in on job training whereby will contribute to Instrumentation and Control engineering activities for power plant systems, rotating equipment, and auxiliary systems.
The selected candidate shall acquire the knowhow on industrial engineering activities , specification development and implementation of field instrumentation and controls principles across all project phases—from tendering through detailed design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Working alongside senior and lead engineers, the GET will collaborate with them to ensure reliable, compliant, and high‑quality instrumentation & control solutions.
Technical competencies:
Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals
Knowledge of core subjects related to the role (Instrumentation, Control Systems, Sensors, Electronics, Electrical wiring etc.)
Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, datasheets (optional but preferred)
Basic programming or analytical skills (MATLAB, PLC basics, Python, etc. — optional but preferred)

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
