Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10 years to 15 years of total experience in BPO Sales
At least 5 years of managerial experience (Travel Industry background Preferred)
Age limit: Up to 40 years
Willingness to work early morning shifts
Experience in travel or international sales preferred
Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline

Position Overview
The Sales Manager will lead BPO travel sales operations, drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets by managing Team Leaders and sales teams. The role focuses on KPI management, team performance, process compliance and maintaining a high-quality, results-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities & KRAs:
1. Individual & Team Performance- Achieve personal productivity benchmarks including calls, conversion %, FCS (First Call Sale), AHT (Average Handling Time) and attendance.- Ensure zero malpractice, zero profanity and zero misbehavior with customers and colleagues.- Monitor and improve overall team KPIs consistently.
2. Team Management & Leadership- Lead, mentor and manage Team Leaders and Travel Advisors.- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and training programs.- Maintain high team morale, discipline and employee retention.
3. Reporting & Sales Analytics- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.- Analyze trends, forecasts and sales data for management review.- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
4. Compliance & Process Adherence- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs and compliance standards.- Maintain ethical sales practices and data confidentiality.- Enforce quality standards and disciplinary guidelines across teams.
Requirements & Key Skills
- Proven leadership experience in BPO sales.
- Strong understanding of call center KPIs such as Conversion, FCS (First Call Sale), AHT(Average Handling Time) and Attendance.
- Excellent communication, coaching and analytical skills.
- Highly result-oriented with strong accountability.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
