Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

A. Mukhopadhyay & Co., Chartered Accountants, a well-established firm with a legacy of over 70 years, is inviting applications for the position of Senior Accounts Executive. The firm provides comprehensive professional services in Accounts, Finance, Audit, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Law Matters, and NCLT Representations across a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts.
- Finalization and drafting of financial statements.
- Handling statutory, tax, and internal audit assignments.
- Preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax compliances.
- Working on accounting and taxation matters using Tally Prime.
- Assisting in financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams for timely completion of assignments.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in accounts, audit, and taxation in a Chartered Accountancy firm.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, finalization of accounts, and taxation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates residing in or around South Kolkata will be preferred.
Working Days
- Monday to Saturday (Half Day on Saturday)
Compensation
- Salary: No bar for the right candidate, commensurate with experience and expertise.
Pay: ₹15,655.12 - ₹41,564.48 per month
