We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support the Sales Department in managing reports, dashboards, sales data, and CRM operations for real estate projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel, reporting systems, and coordination with sales teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Manage sales data, inventory status, booking records, and client databases.
- Generate reports related to walk-ins, site visits, bookings, collections, and sales performance.
- Maintain and update CRM/SFDC systems with accurate customer and sales information.
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, finance, and marketing teams for data accuracy.
- Track channel partner performance and lead conversion reports.
- Prepare management dashboards and presentations for review meetings.
- Monitor inventory availability and share updates with the sales team.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all sales transactions.
- Support management with analytical reports and business insights.
