Role Overview
As Regional Team Lead – Projects & Support, you will manage integration, testing, execution, and handover of enterprise security projects across assigned regions. This is a technical and leadership role requiring strong team handling, project ownership, and on-site delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation and configuration of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles, and related systems.
- Interpret project scope and ensure high-quality, timely execution.
- Manage vendor coordination and site-level supervision.
- Ensure proper documentation, project handover, and invoicing protocols.
- Handle field device termination, cable dressing, commissioning, and system optimization.
- Provide regular updates to Project Managers; escalate when necessary.
- Represent VELAN in client interactions with clarity and professionalism.
- Mentor junior team members and uphold delivery standards.
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience in ELV/security project execution.
- Working knowledge of brands like Genetec, Milestone, Bosch, Axis, Pelco.
- Proven team leadership and client-handling skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
