Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and building plans.
- Develop 2D drafting and detailed construction drawings.
- Create 3D elevation and visualization designs.
- Design interior layouts and concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site teams.
- Modify designs based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building standards and regulations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of any 3D design software such as SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning and building design.
- Ability to create creative and practical design solutions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or any related qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Strong portfolio of architectural and 3D design work.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
