Job Title: Telesales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Follow up with leads and existing customers for repeat business
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Address customer queries and resolve objections professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Good listening skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in sales or call center roles is advantageous

- Number of calls made per day
- Conversion rate (leads to sales)
- Revenue generated
- Customer satisfaction score
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Erode, Tamil Nadu (Erode, Erode District)
