Job Summary
A 3DEXPERIENCE Administrator manages, configures, and maintains Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE (3DS) platform. They oversee platform stability, server health, and user access, bridging the gap between IT infrastructure and engineering/business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Tenant Administration: Manage SaaS or on-premises tenants, platform troubleshooting, patch deployments, and system upgrades.
Access & Data Security: Control collaborative spaces, manage user licenses, assign roles, and handle role-based access.
Deployment & Automation: Facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to promote configurations across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
User Support & Training: Provide technical support for clients, troubleshoot connectivity/integration issues, and train end-users.
System Maintenance: Maintain server/database health, monitor system performance, perform backups, and write SQL queries for reporting.
Typical Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5 to 9 years of experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platform administration or IT.
Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE and Enovia environments.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL Server, deployment automation, and basic EKL (Enterprise Knowledge Language) modifications
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
