- Supervise interior and finishing works as per approved drawings, and 3Ds specifications.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship, proper finishes, adherence to international standards, and minimal material wastage.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal site teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor daily work progress, labour productivity, site discipline, and timelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks, identify issues, and ensure timely rectification.
- Follow up and track accurate site measurements, order, track material usage, and support contractor bill verification.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety compliance, and organized workflow.
- Provide hourly/daily site updates and reports to the Project Manager
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
